LIMITED WARRANTY NOTICE

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GRANTS YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO BE ENTITLED TO OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY BY JURISDICTION.

IF THE MERCHANDISE YOU PURCHASE FROM Luxury Time Tick, LLC (“Luxury Time Tick,” “WE,” “OUR,” OR “US”) IS COVERED BY A THIRD-PARTY WARRANTY, THEN THE MERCHANDISE WILL BE SUBJECT TO THAT THIRD-PARTY WARRANTY (IF TRANSFERABLE TO YOU) AND WILL NOT BE GOVERNED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IF THE MERCHANDISE IS NOT COVERED BY A THIRD-PARTY WARRANTY, Luxury Time Tick WARRANTS THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD (DEFINED BELOW), THE MERCHANDISE WILL BE FREE FROM MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS.

WE RESTRICT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

CERTAIN STATES DO NOT ALLOW RESTRICTIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE RESTRICTIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

OUR LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE MERCHANDISE (INCLUDING PARTS THEREOF) AS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS WARRANTY.

WHO CAN UTILIZE THIS WARRANTY?

This warranty applies solely to the original consumer who purchased the merchandise from Luxury Time Tick (“you”). It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners or other transferees.

 

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

This limited warranty addresses defects in materials and workmanship of the merchandise, within the Warranty Period as defined below.

 

WHAT IS EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY?

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) misuse or improper handling; (d) failure to follow provided instructions or failure to perform necessary maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repairs; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external factors such as accidents, abuse, or other events beyond our control.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

If your merchandise is subject to a third-party warranty, Luxury Time Tick assigns all its rights and remedies to you under such warranty, to the extent assignable. If there is no third-party warranty, Luxury Time Tick guarantees that the merchandise will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by you (the “Warranty Period”). Please note, repairs or replacements do not extend the warranty period. The availability of this warranty is subject to change at our discretion, though no changes will apply retroactively.

WHAT REMEDIES DO YOU HAVE UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

If your merchandise is found to be defective during the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective merchandise (or defective parts) at no cost to you. Additionally, we will cover the shipping and handling costs for returning the repaired or replacement merchandise to you.

To request warranty service, contact us at +1 872-777-2442 or email our Customer Service Department at luxurytimetick@gmail.com during the Warranty Period to receive a Defective Merchandise Authorization (“DMA”) number. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE REMEDIES STATED ABOVE ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDIES, AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY BREACH. OUR LIABILITY SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, NOR WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

IN SOME STATES, THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS PROHIBITED, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
